  • Marketplace Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation.
  • For custom or bulk orders, processing time may vary based on the complexity and quantity. We will keep you updated on the estimated delivery timeline.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We offer standard shipping for local (Singapore) orders.
  • For local deliveries within Singapore, expect your order within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • International deliveries usually take 7-14 business days, depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor its status.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Shipping Delays:

  • Unexpected delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather, or logistical challenges beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Lost or Damaged Orders:

Return Policy

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a return or exchange policy as outlined below:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Customized, personalized, or sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Return Window:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • After approval, items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, customized products, and items on clearance or sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
